朱桂林,字墨寒,号关东怪笔,一级美术师。六岁学书,师承李玉森、李子良,以二王书体为基础,后攻欧、颜破有心得,几十年磨炼,自成风格。后又独创一笔双钩书法,风格独特,深受喜爱。在全国工艺美术大赛中获得特别奖。被全国文联授予海峡两岸德艺双馨艺术家称号,现为全国书法家协会（ICCA）会员,中国硬笔书法家协会会员。

Zhu Guilin is a first-class artist with a strange pen named Guandong。 After decades of refinement, it has its own style。 Later, he created a double hook calligraphy with unique style, which is very popular。 He won a special prize in the National Arts and Crafts Competition。 He has been awarded the title of artist of both sides of the Taiwan Strait by the All-China Literary Federation。 He is now a member of the National Calligrapher Association (ICCA) and the Chinese Hard-pen Calligrapher Association。
